This Mulberry sour came on sudden inspiration in the Mulberry season. We ended up with a pink sour ale with the distinct taste of the Mulberries. Strong, and drinkable.

Tap at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a crystal clear orange copper colour with a frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is yeast, tart citrus. The flavour is moderate to strong sour with a smooth, rich, dry dough biscuit malt, tart rhubarb palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not so bad at all and good to taste.

A burgundy red ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral, light berries, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light berries lingering in mouth, light acidity, light cork character, OK. On tap at 100 Garden location.

On tap at Furbrew, pours a hazy amber golden with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out tart berries, lacto and some yogurt. Flavour is unusual, with sweet and sour notes, tart mulberries, vinegar, and sweet candied sugar. Unusual and acetic on the finish, but it's pleasant.
