Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark golden color with a small foamy white head that produced good lacing. The aroma was strong bourbon, brown sugar and grapefruit. The flavor was tart and tangy with a strong grapefruity presence and a hint of perfume followed by strong notes of bourbon and brown sugar. The finish was long with bourbon and grapefruit lingering. Thick, full and smooth. Excellent.
