Bee Prepared for an addicting ale, if you have a sweet tooth. This honey colored ale will stay in your nose and on your taste buds for some time. Deliberately made a bit sweet, to enhance the taste and aroma from the Longan flower honey. We added a bit of wild ginger, just to balance the sweetness.

Tap at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a crystal clear copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is dry malt, some light honey notes, floral hop. The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp, watery, mineral, light fruit, floral medicinal hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. I'm not entirely sure this beer was supposed to turn out the way is did.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light fruity malt with light honey notes, light acidity, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light honey notes, slight infection starting. On tap at 100 Garden location.

On tap at Furbrew, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted biscuity malt, no notice of the honey. Flavour is similar, with dry cereal malt and just a hint of nearly totally attenuated out honey. Dry and easy. It's okay.
