As with so many good things in this world, simplicity is the key to Moab Brewery's Pilsner. Lightly kilned malted barley with spicy Noble Hops Tettnanger and Saaz define the aroma and flavor of this style. Moab spring water gives this Pilsner a light and crisp finish. An easy drinking beer.

Can at Sand Hollow. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has light sweet grains and straw with hay and grass notes supporting. Flavor has lots of straw with a bit of biscuit and a touch of grass coming through.

16 oz can bought at Bryce Canyon Camp Store, Bryce Canyon National Park, Bryce, UT. Pours a mostly clear gold color with a white head and good retention. A few spots of lacing. Very light malt aroma. Tastes more like a premium lager than a true pilsner. Very smooth and clean pale malt flavor with just a hint of pilsner malt in the finish. Semi-crisp mouthfeel. Medium light body. Very little bitterness. Great refreshing beer, just not very pilsner-like.
