nice IPA - part of beer club selection. A little extra love as it benefits Western NC. Nice beer

Panda thanks to Wingman. A light haze on this slightly dirty looking gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a sharp fine minerally crisp snap. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Crisp pine foreshadows an aggressive hop spice attack although, it never turns into a burn. Light citrus, bright enough but some ripeness in there as well, orange most obvious. Spicy crisp finish leaves a mild citrus peel bitter linger. Has some teeth this one, the hop fruits could be more forward.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 19/04/2025.
Dirty shade of orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is bitter orange, grapefruit, grass, pine nip, melon.
Taste comprises orange pith, grass, grapefruit, pine needle, straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy come grassy hop bitterness.
Okay functional DIPA ... does a job but nothing to revisit.

This is a nice hazy. It’s piney and citrusy. There’s moderate hops bitterness and smooth malty sweetness. Medium bodied.
