Barett’s signature pilsner combines four types of Bohemian malts with hops from New Zealand. Its floral notes of pink rose and sweet lime are contrasted by a subtle bitterness and the result is a crisp and refreshing flavour. With a robust foam and the bright colour of fresh-cut straw, Barett’s Pacific Pilsner is a modern twist on the Czech Pilsner tradition and is perfect for a warm summer evening as well as a cool autumn afternoon.

Tap at the Craft Beer Pub, Hanoi. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is big malt, some yeast and woody hop notes. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a grainy malt, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

On tap at Chops, pours a hazy golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out crisp crackery malt, light grass and a hint of citrus. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp biscuity malt and light citrus. Doesn't seem like a Czech pilsner to me, but it's clean and refreshing. Decent.
