Blended Wine Barrel Fermented Missouri Saison - Coeur de Cuvée is a series of blends of some of our finest wine barrel fermented and aged Saisons. This thirteenth release contains a blend of an Oak Aged Lager and Oak Aged Hefeweizen, both aged with our native microflora before being dry-hopped with Nelson, Citra and Galaxy hops.

750 ml bottle poured into a tulip. Hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aroma has floral notes, light barnyard funk, hints of citrus. Taste is tart lemon citrus, light floral notes, some white wine, white grapes, barnyard funk. Medium body. Tasty stuff.

Hazy yellow color and small white head. Odd yeasty, metallic fruity nose. Light-bodied. Grapes, tartness, harsh. Not my beer. TCBW 2025

TCBW2025. Hazy yellow colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some acidity, mild wooden tones with some earthy tones too. Flavour is wheat, some citrus, acidity, wood and mild herbal tones.
