Teaming up with our friends at Bale Breaker Brewing Co., we designed a banger of an IPA using Galaxy, Citra from an exceptional crop year, and HBC 586 - one of the most promising experimental varieties available which highlights big notes of peach, passionfruit, apricot and grapefruit. Expect a bitter, dry, and super clean brew with tons of mid-palate complexity, and a bright, hoppy finish.

On tap at the brewery pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice big dank hops and some citrus. Taste is more of the nice dank hops citrus and a bread malt.

16oz can at share. Golden pour, clousy, small foamy white head. Aroma is hoppy, as expected with a Bale Breaker collaboration, citrus, pine, fruity. Taste adds a little juice to the mix, citrusy, earthy, grassy, but all done in an easy drinking, approachable style. Smooth.
