Tap at the Melbourne brewpub. Poured a murky straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, sharp grapefruit citrus, lemon, lime, floral notes. The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp fresh yeasty, dry, salty, light tart fruit palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
