Oh, Robert as in Bertie. I feel a bit Dimmeys now. Can. Clear amber, a white head fades to a fat coat. Pine predominant in aroma, along with bread crust, blackcurrants, some oranges. Medium bodied with some overt alcohol. Sweet and rather empty before resin and strong bitterness kick in. Some travel lollies. Didn't really do much for me.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has pine with a slight resinous bite and a sweet grain backbone. Flavor has resinous pine with sweet grains and a bit of caramel backing.

Tap at the Melbourne brewpub. Poured a very slightly hazy orange amber with a long-lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, sweet tropical fruit woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet with a rich toffee, sweet fruit, alcohol, resin hop bitter palate and a sweet malt alcoholic bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
