Tap at the Melbourne brewpub. Poured a crystal clear reddish copper colour with a long-lasting white head. The aroma is sweet malt, juicy tropical fruit, woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a dry malt, light pepper spice, fruity woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
