Tap at the Melbourne brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty grainy malt, chocolate, dry coffee, liquorice. The flavour is liqourice bitter, light sweet with a rich, smooth, dry roasty, liqourice, spicy, grassy citrus hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
