This label has me wishing I was enjoying the beer by the canal in Omi-Hachiman… Two Rabbits Daidarabochi Hazy IPA 6.5% This hazy features Idaho 7, Simcoe, El Dorado and Ella hops. It’s a hazy yellow which in this cloudy light looked closer to murky. It has decent fizzy white foam which didn’t linger. The aroma delivers with mouthwatering juiciness. Guava, creamy mango paste and candyish notes that normally make me think of citra. Medium bodied and smooth with a somewhat raspy mouthfeel. The taste starts of like the aroma then adds a bit of a woodsy prickly pear element to it. Sweetly enjoyable.
