On tap at the Brewpub in Melbourne. Copper with a small head. Aroma of smoke, ham and some wood. The same in the taste. Quite nice.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bacony smoke with sweet grains underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and smoke with a bit of cookie backing.

Tap at the Stomping Ground beer hall, Melbourne. Poured a clear copper colour with a long-lasting frothy white head. The aroma is pure smoked bacon! The flavour is moderate bitter with a grainy, dry smoky malt, medicinal hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. The smoky character was really dominant up front but faded away as the finish became a touch watery and it lost its spiciness.
