麦芽を合計6種類ブレンドした複雑な配合した麦汁に、ホップはモザイク、ギャラクシー、ハラタウブランという濃い味のホップがしっかり乗って多彩な味わいに。
ブドウを思わせるアロマ、穀物の豊かな風味とワインのようなフレーバー、そして柑橘系の爽やかな後味のビールに仕上がりました。

Malt & Grain: Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Wheat Malt, English Caramalt, Crystal Medium & Dark
Hops: Hallertau Blanc, Galaxy, Mosaic
Yeast: Nottingham

It’s been AGES since I had a train beer! Two Rabbits Better Together Kurenai IPA Red IPA (?) 6% This fall release looked a muddy honey brown with glorious thick & fluffy beige foam which had a citrusy pine and biscuit aroma. Medium to light bodied and fairly smooth. The taste is pine, candied orange peel, tobacco and brown sugar bread. Tasty and satisfying post-work brew.
