Strawberry stuff everywhere but the only place I could find anything cherry was some cherry pocky at Lawsons! Black Tide Midnight Flame Cherry Stout 7% Matte black with thick tan foam and a chocolate covered cherry aroma. Medium to light bodied, the taste is ok. The cherry comes through load and clear but the malts while nutty are also acrid and give a feeling of being kind of light/watery. Decent nutty aftertaste, for whatever reason the cherry snd stout don’t really meld in this one. The cherry pocky strengthens the cherry and kind of splits it even more from the stout revealing a decent base beer.
