We avoided overanalyzing this recipe by deciding to pair the classic bright orange and tropical notes of Citra hops with the ripe pineapple flavors and aromas of Sultana hops. The result is a hazy, unfiltered IPA with the slightest hint of bitterness to round out the juicy hop profile.

Virginia Beer Co. Analysis Paralysis IPA 7.3% Slightly cloudy straw gold, thick white fluffy foam with a perfumes floral fruity aroma. Full bodied and fruity sweet with a slightly crisp bitterness and crackery sweet pale malts. Quite good.
