From Fass @Pork'n'roll Fest 2019 (Rome). Dorata intensa, un filo torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso note rustiche di malto, cereali, fieno, leggero erbaceo e citrico. In bocca è equilibrata, attacco maltato con finale amaro non eccessivo. Corpo leggero, carbonazione leggera. Freschissima, da bere a fiumi.

on tap oro carico velata schiuma piuttosto abbondante buona persistenza piacevole maltato cereale un lieve tostato discreto amaro erbaceo leggera nota rustica
