Tap at L'Elementare, Rome, Italy. Pours hazy pale gold, with fine website foam. Aroma is citrus and a little peppery. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, with a bit of spiciness. Final is fairly short.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, appena torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso leggera speziatura, scorza di agrumi, bergamotto. In bocca è un po' timida, dolce, con finale amaro-acidulo appena accennato. Corpo leggero, carbonazione medio-leggera. Si beve, ma non lascia molto.
