Tap at the Royston Hotel, Melbourne. Poured a hazy reddish amber with a thin white head. The aroma is toffee caramel, sweet malt, light fruity hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a crisp, fresh woody, light metallic fruity hop palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can. Unclear reddish amber with an inch of white head. 3 Aroma of toffee, resin, dried peach and prunes. Lighter and drier than expected from the aroma with crystallized fruit, spices, citrus. Some unusual tropical(?) notes that I'm struggling to describe. Fairly bitter at the end. All up too sweet for me but there's a lot held together here.
