Handpump @Buskers Pub (Rome). Ambrata carica, miele di castagno, schiuma bianco sporca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di malto, biscotto, leggera nocciola, terroso, tè. In bocca è ben equilibrata, attacco maltata con chiusura amara a bilanciare. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Ben fatta.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours brown, opaque, with very fine whitish foam. Aroma is caramel, dry figs. Body is slightly dense, with low carbonation. Taste is well balanced between some malty sweetness and quite some bitterness. Final is in the dry side.
