Ferndale Project Holly Jolly July Triple NEIPA 10.1% I don’t know much about this brewery but this beer seems to have been a Christmas in July type release. I’ve gotta say it has a great orange juicy haze with dense rocky long-lasting light beige foam. The nose is big herbaceous green hoppiness with a citrus edge, it was probably way juicier closer to its release. The taste however has really held up, it’s on the sweet side but you’ve got juicy tropical fruits with a coconut finish. Full bodied with some boozy heat that kid of drags this into the tropical cocktail realm. It wouldn’t be out of place served in a coconut with a little umbrella. Damn tasty though. Canned on 07/21 The aftertaste has a spicy tropical finish I dig.
