Tap at Dock No. 13, Bangkok. Poured a clear reddish brown with a long lasting frothy off white head. The aroma is sweet toffee caramel malt, red berry fruit and some alcohol. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a smooth, rich, fudgy toffee malt, oily, warm alcohol bitter palate and some lingering alcohol burn in the finish. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft - Malty caramel notes. Deep Amber with a decent white head. Malty sweetness and toffee. Lots of sweet caramel, much like a barley wine.

Tap at the tasting room. Pours dark ruddy brown with a honey beige head. Aroma has lots of treacly malt and fruit. Very full bodied. Flavor is treacly, fruity with a faint strawberry note. The malt is dark and smooth, but not all that roasty. The fruit is fairly dark. It’s really flavorful, and seems to have enough hop to help with all the malt. But it’s ending more on the malty/sweetish side than bitter. Heat is hardly detectable. Excellent.
