Two Rabbits Chocolate & Strawberry Sour 5.5% After the pinkish gold sours I had earlier this cola brown pour was a pleasant surprise as a golden chocolate beer would feel weird to me. Tart sweet strawberries dipped in chocolate in the aroma. Full bodied with a raspy carbonation. Tart up front then strawberries with cacao paste chocolate notes in the finish. I paired it with some dark chocolate covered biscuits and man was it good bringing out a sharp tart strawberry syrup flavor that was really bright and vibrant. I’ve been really impressed by this series. All three were great beers. Crushable (Cherry), complex (strawberry) and great for pairing/dessert (chocolate strawberry). On its own 3.8 in a pairing 4.0
