A collaboration beer with Smog City Brewing in Los Angeles.
In addition to the gentle herbal feeling, moderate spicyness, the character reminiscent of lime and pine is derived from New Zealand hops that are not usually used. The body is light and dripble, and while it is clean, a small amount of oats is added to create a soft mouthfeel.
It is an IPA named after the thought of "Breaking Bread" and the logo that seems to be seen as "Bonsai" by Smog City's desire to challenge new things while valuing traditional methods with important friends.

I love trying collaborations: Smog City x Y Market Breaking Bonsai IPA 6.5% Crystal clear gold with a thick white foam crowning this beer. The aroma is lemon and dank pine. The highlight here is the lovely inviting light body and crisp refreshing flavor of lemon/lime, dank herbaciousness and possibly mint? Quite nice and it goes down a treat.

Not so bad. Dank, bit of funk. Interesting. Clearly smog city had a decent influence on this. Bit of Sabro/sorachi maybe.
