I’ve not had Ushitora in awhile... Ushitora #325 11AM APA 38 IBU 5% Opaque gold it’s a soft eggshell white head of foam. It’s got a nice fruity/floral hop bouquet. Medium bodied and dry. The taste starts of citrusy pith fruit notes then ends in bitter dank herbal flavors with a splash of lemon. Very pithy but decent.
