Can from an Aomori & Iwate Antenna shop in Umeda... I got this Ginga Kogen as I’d never seen this can with a big cartoon character with a bowl (wan) full of noodles as a head. Fruity, grains and honey in the aroma. Medium bodied with a smooth texture and a raspy carbonation. The taste is crisp and lightly hoppy, this kolsch really took me by surprise and was much better than the mass-release Kolsch that preceeded it. A good example of what a kolsch can be, perfect for the crazy July heat.
