D:10 is a balanced and approachable Imperial Stout. We used a blend of nine different varieties of organic grains and boiled the wort for 2-hours to allow the caramel, toasted and roasted flavours to marry and develop. The perfect companion to the colder darker months.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a creamy and lacing, light brown head. Surprisingly little aroma, some sweet molasses rather than roastiness. Rich, sweet licorice and molasses with a rather downplayed roastiness. Licorice rather than bitterness in the finish. Rich, smooth and pleasant, but perhaps a little underwhelming as an Imperial Stout. 070425
