In Nov 2024, we travelled to Dva Kahouti in Prague to learn how to craft authentic Czech lager. We brewed N:9 on our return using a single decoction mash and recently harvested organic Saaz hops to give an authentic and utterly crushable beer. Thanks to Lukas and Dan at Dva Kahouti for their openness and hospitality!

Thanks fonefan! Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy, herbal, some mild floral and earthy tones to it. Flavour is floral, grassy, herbal and mild earthy tones with a bit bready elements as well. Crisp.

Bottle 33 cl. Clear, deep golden with a creamy and lacing, off-white head. Flowery hops paired with sulphur in the nose. Medium body, clean, lightly sweet maltiness with a hint of biscuit before a hoppy but not very bitter finish. Lovely, but try tuning it a little drier and a little hoppier. 070425
