The taste is slick, oily, bitter - sweet, chewy, toothy, dark roasted malt, tar, Islay whisky, burnt toast, rocky road, pipe tobacco, medicinal, vanilla, toasted marshmallow, cacao nibs, dark chocolate and warming booze with a dark roasted finish. Fullsome body and fine, prickly carbonation. Savoury and robust. Very De Struise. Lovely.
