Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a black color with a large creamy brown head. The aroma was strong coffee and roasty malts. The flavor was strong, rich expresso with a toasty malt base and a long roasty coffee bean finish. There is a hint of vanilla underneath. The mouthfeel is extremely thick and creamy.
