on tap ambrata leggermente velata buona schiuma buona persistenza amaro medio lieve agrume non molto aromatico resina un po terroso

On tap at Eataly Rome’s brewpub. Patti red ale 4.4% a great hoppy nose nice smooth rounded co2 in the mouth and a bitter hop kick on a light copper pour. Lots of earthy pine.
