BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Orange golden colour, bubbly rim and aroma of apple, fruit, wood barrel, funk. Taste is sweet, appley, spice notes, woody, barrel, with some tartness and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweetish dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Bag-in-abox at EBF April. Opaque amber-gold. Sweet with a pithy edge. Light-medium bitter with a sugary sweet streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry finish. Nice stuff.
