We’re bringing a new Pilsner your way with this fantastic brew using Slovenian grown Styrian Dragon hops.
We’ve been sampling some of the newer Styrian hops for years and finally decided to go for it with Dragon!
Our Slovenian Pilsner is nearly crystal clear with a brilliant white head, perfect to be served on slow pour. The subtle fruit flavors—persimmon and cantaloupe, with honeydew on the finish—balance the classic Old World dried herb bitterness characteristic of this Slovenian hop.
Named for the Rinka Waterfall in Slovenia and adorned with Goldhorn a legendary Chamois buck or Alpine Ibex. It was said that his horns were the key to a treasure in the mountains. It’s a tale of warning and woe, but definitely go read it!

Excellent pils, crisp and floral with just enough subtle sweetness to round out the dry Slovenian hops. Beautiful pour, too.
