Bottle, a gift from my parents. Spice and citrus aroma. Dark hazy orange gold. Bubbly white head soon dissipates. Some initial bitterness before a light orange citrus sourness takes over. Underlying hints of sweetness. Medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Abrupt finish. Has some character to it unlike some others of this style. Just doesn't quite do it for me.

Hazy, light golden beer with medium, but quickly vanishing head. Aroma has light malts, grain, yeast and coriander. Taste has light malts, grain, belgium yeast, orange and some herbs. Medium- body with high carbonation. Nice witbier with Belgium style.

Highly overrated on here. Doesn’t taste like a top notch wheat beer. It has the mass produced β€œwhite” flavour like you’d expect. D&S Dresden

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 30A/24A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch H.18.02 (BBF 08.2019). AROMA: medium of nutmeg, orange peel and citrus. APPEARANCE: gold color with material in suspension. medium-low white head with low to no retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium nutmeg, low orange peel/citrus. no wheat perceived. medium-low to low bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low to low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a witbier-like beer with too-much emphasis on the spices and with low wheat/malt presence.

Hazy golden beer, thin filmy head. Smells of bread and orange zest. Flavour follows suit, with a bit of tangy orange up front, hop, spices. Nice, sharp and smooth wheat beer. Very drinkable.
