BOTTLE 33 CL. Cloudy straw, white head. Faint floral fruity aroma - roughly apricot and orange jam, some white bread too. Similar taste, no surprises. The regular witbier husky astringency instead of bitterness in the finish. Ok, not more.

Bottle at home on 28th December 2017; received as a festive gift. Pours a dull hazy pale amber with any foam soon disappearing. Zesty fruits and spices in aroma, with orange peel dominant. Juicy, sweet and tangy fruits in-mouth, with fresh orange, touches of grassy hoppiness and a hint of black pepper. The orange dominates an otherwise hoppy and fruity finish. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. An interesting witbier.

Bottle at Nooch, Zurich. Pours cloudy amber with a white head. Aroma is slight coriander and orange peel indeed, smooth spices. Body is medium, very smooth and softly oily, decent sweetness with herbs and spices, orange too. Not too extreme, rather balanced too, but also a bit low on flavours, still enjoyable to drink.

Can at home in Beer Hawk advent calendar. It looked good in the glass and the flavour was crisp and sharp, with an inherent spiciness as it went down. It was very pleasant with a pizza.

330 ml bottle. Pours with a bright golden color an a nice white head. Nose is nutmeg, coriander and dark honey. taste is spicy, dry cereals, wheat and some citric hints. Nice dry finish.

Appearance- cloudy golden, a small bubbly pure white head. Aroma- spices, hint of clove, banana, cereal malt, lemon meringue. Taste- wheaty malt, cereals, banana, hints of citrus fruit, spicy malt. Creamy mouthfeel. Fresh and tasty.

Bottle from Waitrose, consumed at home. Wheaty yellow colour, hazy with quite a bit of visible carbonation and a tiny swirl of head. Gentle spicy aroma with coriander and lemon balm. The taste is sweet with a spices to the fore. Hoppy bite near the warm finish with a touch of ginger in the aftertaste. A light and simple little beer that grows on me.
