Draft at the tasting room. Light maple syrup aroma. Opaque very dark gold color with a small white head. The taste is more flavorful than the aroma. The flavor of waffles and syrup stand out with just a hint of bacon flavor. A little gimmicky, but very well done. The 8.5% ABV is barely noticeable.
