Bière trouvée juste avant de partir de Tahiti. Et forcé de constater que cette triple n'est pas aboutie avec trop de déséquilibre à son actif. Le visuel est sur une ambré voilé avec une fine effervescence et une mousse blanc cassé de 5 mm. Le nez est relativement fruité pour une triple avec des arômes de caramel, de pêche, de céréale, de légères épices et d'écorce d'orange. En bouche, on ne retrouve pas la puissance d'une triple. Par contre l'acidité est bien présente, mais pas la bienvenue avec de plus un alcool pas bien intégré et donc pas réellement appréciable. Corpulence et longueur sont moyennes. Mais les déséquilibres sont trop présents pour un plaisir limité.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, hops, fruits little sour, little rubber and has a sweet light sour finish.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and herbal. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate sour. Sour finish. 050425
