West Coast IPA
Two hop legends, two hop continents, one uncompromising West Coast IPA. Cross Pacific Hopline combines the intense citrus bitterness of American Mosaic with the refined winey aromatics of New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin. The result? A crystal clear, dry and bitter beer that will take you on a hoppy trip across the Pacific.
West Coast IPA in its purest form. No haze, no unnecessary sweet notes, just a pure blend of hops, bitterness and dry finish. Cross Pacific Hopline bridges the Pacific and combines the best of two worlds. From the United States comes Mosaic – an iconic hop with bold notes of citrus and tropical fruit. From New Zealand, it is joined by Nelson Sauvin – an elegant hop with notes of white wine and gooseberry. Together they create a sharply drinkable, sharply cut experience full of clean hop bitterness and aromatics that keep you entertained from the first sip to the last. This is no sweet fruity haze, but an honest West Coast IPA with a crisp edge and flavor that doesn’t get lost. Hop on the Cross Pacific Hopline and take a ride across the hoppy world.

Białe winogrona, tropiki, żółte owoce. Barwa jasnozłota, przejrzyste, piana trwała redukuje się do niskiej, całkiem ładny lacing. Goryczka średnia do wysokiej, ziołowo-ziemisto-zestowa, dość długa. Całkiem lekkie, pijalne, alkohol niewyczuwalny, wytrawne, mogłoby być mocniej nachmielone na aromat ale i tak jest dobrze.

Bottle from BeerStation. Hoopy aroma and taste, citrus fruit, light tropical fruit notes, medium bitter. Medium body, hoppy fruity bitter finish. Ok.

Tap at BeerGeek. Thin body, not watery though. Med-light carbo. Med-high bitterness, med-light juicy sweetness. Lots of fruity, orangey citrusy hops character. Not very complex, but tasty. Light candyish malty background. Good one.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Clear golden body, lasting white head. Citric aroma, bit sulfury and minerally. Sweetish citric taste, some herbal notes, light honey, ending quite dry, with less bitterness than expected. Okay, bit generic somehow.
