Gopher Snake est une une nouvelle Double New England IPA. Pour cette collaboration, nous avons également intégré les houblons Zumo et Anchovy, mais nous avons aussi incorporé le D5-055, un tout nouveau cultivar développé par Segal Ranch. Nous sommes d'ailleurs la première brasserie au Canada a utiliser ce cultivar qui se distingue par son profil aromatique très fruitée rappelant les fruits tropicaux

Oransjebrun med hvitt skum. Lukter grapefrukt og sitrus. Smaker tropiske frukter og sitrus. God bitter avslutning.

Draft @ Peders, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy golden orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity piney grapefruit hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit and tropical fruit flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit finish.

Tap at Peders Brewskival Warmup event 21/08/2025 Sweet fruity with citrus and tropical fruity notes, some citrus peel, hop spice, sweet malty backbone, lightly resinous sticky hoppy finish.
