Grisette is a real ghost from the oast of beer styles. The younger brother of the traditional Belgian saison, it has almost disappeared from the beer map, but still haunts obsessed enthusiasts. And we love to get back to it from time to time. This time we went down a new path for us and fermented Zolak with an interesting strain of Belgian yeast associated with the legendary Brasserie Dupont, brewed and dry hopped it with a single variety of hops during fermentation and on a dry basis - the Czech Sladek, grown in Belarus. Light, dry, infinitely refreshing, filled with aromas of white pepper, spring dandelions and rose petals, our grisette will be the best companion while meeting the long-awaited spring.

Tap. Light yellow, hazy, white head. Aroma: typical saison yeast, light fruitiness, apple, slightly wild and spicy-phenolic, some herbal hops. Spicy taste, dryish, yeasty with a hint of wildness, apple seed, bitter finish from hops, well, quite authentic, although specific.
