Hazy. Fruity, floral with gentle malt. Cherry ice cream thing going on here. Finishes with a light tartness.

Quite pale, tart, light sencha, no tannins so a decent sweet malt comes through with mellow bugs.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gently subtle tea, with rustic saison yeast and a touch of oak. Flavour is full of oak, tons of tea, and a little rustic saison yeast. Oaky, herbal, and rustic. It's alright.
