Black Tuesday meets bionico: a love story. This fruity bourbon barrel-aged small-batch release was treated with coconuts, strawberries, raisins, granola, honey, and just a touch of vanilla for an exquisito spin on the iconic Mexican street cart treat. Slightly sweet and delightfully fruity, Brueonico brings the party to your cellar. Just one more reason to love Tuesdays.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 21/04/2025.
Pitch black topped with a tan cap that settles as a swirl.
Nose is big, ballsy, boosty, molasses, spice, dark malts, fruit cake mix, honeycomb.
Taste comprises chocolate melt, toasted brown sugars, honey dollop, coconut fudge, molasses, booze.
Full bodied, oily viscous feel, semi drying close with a big bollocking boost.
Solid punchy pastry ... tastes way sweeter than it smells but maintains a balance and sips fine for 19%.

Near opaque dark brown beer, small tan head that doesn't last long despite the audible fizzing of the bubbles. Inevitably a slightly viscous palate but balanced by very good fine minerally carbonation. Not often you get a brew pushing 20% that is this well carbonated. Soft but rich dark chocolate malts, some intense chocolate liqueur. A little milk chocolate where the vanilla intersects. Honey obvious but, not that sweet, like a honey brandy or something! The other adjuncts are there but background characters, coconut, candyish strawberry (especially on the back end). Raisan the most well buried. A little coffee tries to peep through. Some bitterness and alcohol spice on the finish. Bruery still pushing the boundaries of what a beer can be. Remarkably drinkable for it's heavyweight abv.
