West Coast Pilsner – dry, pale contender brewed with both dextrose and rice, which contribute to its light color and dry finish. The hop character is intensely present, both in bitterness and aroma. During whirlpool hopping, Citra Spectrum hop extract was used. For dry hopping, Riwaka pellets, Riwaka Amplifire concentrated pellets, and the freshest Citra were added. Beer was fermented with lager yeast for a clean fermentation profile.

Canned 440ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Unclear yellow coloured, medium sized white head, herbal and light grassy nose. Herbal, grassy, light floral and bit citrusy with touch of honey in the finish. Light bitterness.

A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh dry grassy hops, hay, pale malt, some spicy hops. Taste of dry grassy bitter hops, hay, pale malt, dank, long bitter finish. Good stuff.

BB 06.10.2025 - Słodowe ale z wyraźną nutą cytrusów, przyjemna goryczką, średnio ciało, bardzo smaczny klasyk.
