Tap at Brewdog Tower Hill. A mostly clear reddish amber coloured pour with a lasting sticky off white head. Aroma is nice spicy sap, burnt sugars, brandy snap sugars, Douglas fir, hint of tabacco. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, resinous hop, sap, dirty bark, earthy grains some alcohol bite in the finish. Palate is semi sweet, earthy, moderate carbonation. Decent.

Crowler from Dogtap, Ellon. It pours clear copper with a decent white head. The aroma is slick, oily, resinous, sappy, spicy, rye bread, touch herbal accents and some marmalade. The taste is firmly dry, bitter - sweet, hearty malt based, brown bread, spicy rye, resin, sappy, touch of toffee, cereal, nip of boozey warmth, floral and herbal vibes with a drying, spicy finale. Medium body and average carbonation. Decent malt - drive IPA.
