Can. Near oaque dark brown beer with a good, if short, tan head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. As usual with Amundsen, it does what it says on the tin! A good deal of Cola here, not subtle but equally, not sweet. Fruity and spicy Cola. Modest dark toffee and dark chocolate malts. Coca Cola the dominant and reasonably intense flavour here, sans the tooth rotting sweetness. Some mildly floral ripe cherry sits well within that aped flavour profile. Different, drinkable and thoroughly entertaining.

Very sweet,, some festive spicing, sugary dark malts, brown sugar, soft roast, berries, raisins. Not bad.

Nose is chocolate, marzipan, caramel, dark malts.
Taste comprises chocolate melt, caramel, toffee, vanilla, mellow roast.
Full bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a lick of booze.
Fun enough pastry.
