Pale with slight haze. Thin head. Horrible nose. Light quince, but also a weird funk, and some butter. Mellow quince on the palate, but not working for me with that diacetyl.

473mL can, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose brings up lots of juicy quince, quince peel, some wild bugs, and a bit of neutral oak. Flavour is dry, clean, and fairly complex, with a nice wild bugginess, quince skins, a touch of oak, and a nice, dry, rustic finish. Very nicely composed.
