V Cold IPA hraje hlavní roli chmel. Základ je světlounký s potlačenou sladovostí, čemuž pomáhá hluboké prokvašení, a spodní kvašení zajišťuje čistý kvasný profil. Jako chmelová superstar této Cold IPA zazáří především Kohia Nelson, blend novozélandských chmelů Nelson Sauvin a Rakau a sušené mučenky. To přirozeně implikuje výrazné aroma passion fruit společně s citrusy a růžovým grapefruitem.

Can via BeerGeek. Sleek thin hops-forward IPA. Med-high carbo and bitterness, med-light body and sweetness. Lots of exotic, stone fruits, and generally fruity hops character. Quite nice overall, really easy drinking, tasty, clean.

Tap at Salon Piva 04/2025. Hoppy and malty aroma and taste, light cutrus fruit, medium bitter. Medium body, malty and hoppy citrussy bitter finish. Ok.

Tap at Sibeeria Tap Room. Clear golden body, off-white head. Oniony, bit herbal and citric hoppy aroma. Lean, dry taste, citric, initially a bit too oniony but that settles quickly into a a floral and herbal, bit fruity presence, somewhat crisp as well. Good stuff!
