This DIPA has a punchy aroma of freshly cut grass, zesty lime and cantaloupe; after the first sip, a soft, rounded sweetness that washes away quickly, making way for layers of dank herbal notes, lemongrass and a gentle, grassy bitterness that only slightly lingers.
Bold, fresh, and delightfully green, this is a beer built on contrast: sweet yet dry, soft yet punchy.
Hops: Harlequin, Nectaron, and Nectaron Cryo.

44cl can. Dorée, pale, col épais et crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est complexe, dense et bien axé sur l’herbacé et des pointes de résine. Finement tropical et floral avec qcq effluves de résine qui percent en rétro-nasal. Ici, le volet malté est plus en support et pour une fois, je ne trouve pas le côté haze dérangeant.
Palais est plaisant avec effet de ‘dank’ – herbacé assez sympa et qui se ressent tout au long. Note de pêche, pas mal de résine en balance avec un léger tropical pour terminer – tirant sur la mangue. Belle rondeur des malts sans avoir un côté hazy trop prenant – ce qui me convient.
