BIAB at Newcastle Beer and Cider Festival 10Apr2025. Slightly hazed golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, wood, mucky funk. Taste is appley, woody, barnyard funk, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
